I wrote to Barclays Insurance group informing them of my situation, I asked if they would canceled my PPI. As I am retired. and cannot meet the repayment Insurance, on my loan, I have only my pension to live on. I was refer to the onmubus/or the CAB. who advice me to stop monthly payment, at present, I pay a mimimum, per month whilst I wait for the PPI to be canclled. I am still waiting for clousure on this matter, as I have been sent two standard letters, from barclays, outlining my balance which still include PPI. I called into my local branch, and was told they canno help me as the letters I had received, were standard. I would appreciate your advice as to the way forward in claiming, what has been paid.
