Credit Card PPI Charges

If you have paid Credit Card PPI  to your card provider or store card provider then we can make a claim on your behalf to get this money back, with interest.

In April 2006, the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), found that Credit Card PPI charges were too high. As a result, most companies have now reduced their charges to £12. However, we can still launch a claim on your behalf even if you have only ever been charged £12 fees.

We believe that this credit card ppi charges are too high and do not represent a true and fair representation of the companies costs for the administration.

In essence, Credit Card companies are not allowed to fine you but that’s exactly what they have done!

But hurry as we can only claim for charges going back to the last 6 years from the date we apply.
