We may be able to accept referrals from you if you are not engaged in claims management activities but encounter possible leads during the normal course of your business.  This is subject to an overall limit on the number of referrals you can make.  Please ask us for further details.

We can also accept referrals from firms that are already regulated by the Ministry of Justice.
